Disappointing facilities. The Apartment needs attention
Positive: Great location for the QE Hospital. Warm and comfy beds
Negative: The freezer was broken and not fixed when we called to inform them. The bathroom sink was blocked and the shower lead kept coming off. The settee was dirty and uncomfortable and the Netflix did not work. When we phoned to highlight the issues, we received poor customer service.
