Positive: The apartment felt like you was in the comfort of your own home. It was so clean and the area was so chilled and we managed to park outside there was plenty of spaces.

Negative: only thing i didnt like is when i ran a bath with just the hot tap and the bath was lukewarm. i had my hand under it while running it and it kept coming through cold, in the end we had to boil the kettle and use that to heat it up

Positive: Apartment is kept clean, good location. Staff friendly, no difficulties whenever wanted to speak to them.
Negative: Oven wasn't working and couldn't watch TV.

Positive: The hotel group staff was quite friendly!
I asked for early check-in and they arranged same, even was possible to keep my luggage at their office.
Everything was smooth and prompt.

The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as shown in the photos.
Positive: The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, all the essentials for a short or long-term stay.
It was really nice of the host to offer a complimentary tea and coffee 😊
