Stylish Two Bed Apartment - City Centre - Parking - Large Balcony

Absolutely diabolical – AVOID! Positive: They asked me to send a £150 deposit, which they are now refusing to return. I have called and sent multiple messages on several occasions, but I am being completely ignored. The situation now feels fraudulent. The flat itself is falling apart and looks nothing like the pictures shown online. To make matters worse, I even received a parking ticket while parked in the designated parking space that was supposed to be included with the property. I am taking this matter seriously and will be pursuing it further. AVOID this place at all costs. I cannot believe I got scammed on Booking.com. Negative: Scammers!!!!!

Positive: Amazing location and good customer service

Awful. Didn’t stay Positive: The fake angles they upload to seem like the property is well kept and up to date. Negative: Bits throughout the apartment broken/damaged. Mold in the fridge Wires hanging out in the hallway/ bathroom. Key safe on side of building on a building site. All images they uploaded cut off every problem throughout the property. When we tried to complain they sent us a text fabricating lies even though we have proof of when we left the property and had to book a different hotel having 2 children with us.

Absolutely fantastic weekend Positive: The location great .the apartment so comfy . Had everything you need .apart from hair dryer did not work other than that would definitely stay again . Negative: Nothing
