Stylish Three Bedroom House - Harborne - Parking - Garden

Over all it was decent Positive: Parking was very good - no issue just right outside the house - 3 bedrooms big enough for a family of 4 - Has dishes so not going look mad for dishware - towels are provided and wifi. Plenty of space We were in Birmingham for shopping so most of the days were spent to sleep in the house so that was pleasant for a night of rest . Good heating for the colder days and night easy to use. Negative: I’ve had to bring this to the top. Check out is at 11.00 as I had agreed to. The host had the cleaners outside at the front gate, Bags of towels laundry on the pathway intothe house at 10.30am almost. Then one cleaner left and one stayed moving across the road but closely near the property. This was very uncomfortable as they could see into the house whilst we were occupying it when they were stood near the house at the path way front garden. We are aware of the check out but we need our privacy aswell. They could of remained in a vehicle if they needed straight in. Very uncomfortable I just wanted out at this point - Again not the cleaner fault but the host should make arrangements for the cleaners when they waiting to do their job Few things regarding bathroom. I wish it was more clear about the bathroom being downstairs at the end of the house past the living space and the kitchen after that is where you find the bathroom (my mother has mobility issues so trying to go up and down during the night was difficult ) the steps that are steep so not good. So I would avoid this house if you have mobility issues! I’m perfectly able and I found the steps steep! Secondly the water pressure in the sink for the bathroom is not good especially the cold tap. Such low pressure. Not a mixer tap so the water can get very hot. The shower pressure is fine but the water changes temperature throughout no idea if this is a boiler issue. The house can be done with a deeper clean such the soft furniture and the sides of the skirting boards.
