Best place to stay in Birmingham Positive: The staff were very helpful and instructions given were easy and simple if there were any problems staff are very helpful and very responsive making sure there guests are stress free which I liked and the property was to what I wanted spacious very open warm and a balcony which was a bonus and was very quiet and peacefully area would definitely recommend to friends and family if travelling to Birmingham i came only to visit family and was perfect a 15 mins drive for me Negative: I got the same room again thought it would have been different but still done the job thanks again much appreciated

It was a great stay, plenty of room for 3 adults. We would happily stay again when we are next in the area Positive: The property was very spacious, clean and we liked the secure parking. The entrance ways were kept clean and tidy. When we arrived the cleaner was just leaving, however before she left she asked if we could check the apartment to make sure we felt it was up to standard. It was and we had no concerns. There was basic kitchen utensils, they could benefit from offering more e.g bottle opener. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The communication with the company was fantastic and check in was easy. It’s close to train stations with regular trains into Birmingham centre, short journey of 10 minutes. Negative: We noticed that the sofa was broken, could do with being replaced as it was uncomfortable and we struggled to fit 3 of us on comfortably. The apartment is on a main road so there is a constant flow of traffic…this didn’t effect our stay however

Negative: What I didn’t like about the apartment was simply that I had to leave it. It’s a beautiful place, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The secure parking, the balcony, and the overall comfort made it a wonderful home.
