Semi-Detached Three Bed House - Garden - Parking - Great Barr

Ants, poor customer service, poor organisation! Positive: The house was large, had all the furniture required, provided towels. Negative: We were given the wrong code for the key safe. We tried to ring the number on the booking, but no one answered the phone until the 10th call. I also sent messages which were never replied to. We eventually got through to someone, who sent someone to come by and look at the key safe. They arrived later than we were told, and just told us that we had the wrong code. We waited outside the property for over an hour and a half in over 30° heat, with no shade and no communication. We were late for our evening plans due to the delay, which they said was due to dealing with over 90 other customers at the same time. When entering the property, the kitchen light didn't work. The bathroom light was a shoe lace. And there were ants all over the kitchen. This left us with feelings of crawling skin whenever in the house, sleeping etc. Unfortunately, I would not stay there again and I would not recommend this property to anyone else until these things are sorted out.

Cozy house with parking Positive: Easy check in , i requested 2 cots for the kids and staff delivered them to me , parking outside property which was a bonus lovely cosy house had everything we needed for our stay as we come from wales to attend a wedding in birmingham will book again :)

Great location Positive: Lovely location, spacious and good value for money Negative: There was an issue with the boiler however the team was very helpful and sorted us out and sent someone to fix it right away
