Passable.
Positive: This was a last minute booking and the gent was very helpful when booking
Access was easy
Negative: Outside areas very dirty and untidy , neighbours very noisy , very basic and tatty in numerous areas inside , wifi didn't work and initial very strong smell of cannabis and smoke on arrival .

Great property,great location, really comfortable
