Positive: Good location for the hospital, the letting agency communicated really promptly. Quiet at night. Nice to have a washing machine.
Negative: Felt like it had been a student accomodation. Front yard was very overgrown, back garden inaccessible, no key for the back door. Beds old, but comfortable enough. Shower cubicle was tiny but shower ok.
