Mum reports that the stay was lovely, but there is no way she could have booked it. Positive: It was as advertised. The location was great for our needs. The apartment was clean and tidy with a few essential items provided. Negative: The apartment was fine, perfect for what we needed, but as my mum (and aunt) were staying there I had booked it in her name. The booking process had too many steps, too many emails, there were at least 2 different addresses given for the property, and because of the confusion a step had been missed out in the booking process. Her train was late, so I tried to access the property for her before she got there (to put milk in the fridge, and some food for the next day), before going to pick them up from the station. I didn't have to code to the property main door, so had to call the number provided. The agent was very helpful, but we couldn't complete the booking in mum's name as she is 79 and has no driving licence or passport (she never goes abroad) to prove her ID (my aunt doesn't drive or go abroad either). So, standing on the doorstep in the dusk, on the eve of my wedding, I was kneeling on the floor, outside, in front of the apartment door, trying to find my own ID among my things to change the booking over to my name. The booking was just far too complicated and the correct address for the property should be on all the paperwork.

The instructions to the property were clear and concise.. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly welcoming. It instantly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was outstanding. Every room was thoughtfully furnished, combining comfort with style. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better—perfectly situated with easy access to local attractions, shops, and transport, yet still peaceful and quiet. It struck the ideal balance between convenience and relaxation. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and stress-free stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thankyou for a lovely stay :) Saeed Negative: Probably the room service could have been better, especially getting towels, toiletries etc. Also the main bedroom needs a wardrobe for clothes and unpacking essentials. The checking in process could have been better. I didn't like the process of paying £150 deposit and Photo ID process before checking in. The host could have given better response when contacted, as it sometimes took ages to get a response back from the WhatsApp number.
