Modern B1 Apartment - 2 Bedrooms - Parking - Balcony

Premium priced for below average accommodation Positive: Great location for Utilita Arena. Right on its doorstep. Plenty of tea/coffee for our stay Negative: Overall not very clean. Food splashed up wall behind kitchen sink. Hobs were very dirty in kitchen. Hobs had also lost all markings to see temperature settings and what switch did what. Plus 1 hob not working at all. Were left 2 dishwashing sponges that were both already used. No plug for kitchen sink. Odd random plates, glasses and utensils. Needs a decent set of at least 4 of everything, plates, bowls, glasses for wine and soft drinks. Mugs etc. Lack of info for property on arrival and lots of wear and tear, plus broken furniture in the property. Also a very strong smell of smoking, not just tobacco in the flat. Guessing from neighbours balconies. Thought very overpriced for condition and setup of the apartment. Quite a premium price for below average accommodation. The photos online of the accommodation i think were when it was cleaner or recently decorated as not exactly what you get now.
