Good location property Positive: Location is close to restaurants and grocery store. The unit has 3 bedrooms which is perfect for my family with 2 teenagers. Heating towel racks are electric. I can use it to warm my towels. Washing machine works very well. Negative: The mattresses are too soft for us. Need bigger pot for cooking larger quantity.

Great location - clean and tidy apartment Positive: Excellent location with food options within 2 min walk. Easy to get to location and outside the Birmingham clean air zone yet close to city center 20 min walk. 3 bedrooms with ensuite. Nice and clean. It mentioned park available. But there is no dedicated parking for the apartment. However, 2 min walk down the road there are streets were there is free parking.
