The beds were comfy, but it did not feel like a Luxury stay, more like we stayed over relatives house that had been deco Positive: The photos are accurate, however I imagine they are a few years old judging by the wear and tear. Negative: The condition is not the same as the photos. The furniture and layout is the same however everything is pretty worn in now. We decided to stay here instead of a hotel, me, my husband and son. If you are a large family it may work out more cost effective for you, however for a small family it is better to stay in a hotel as it is cheaper and much more fresh and modern.

Positive: Upon our arrival we were very pleased with the place especially after the fact that we abruptly left the previous property, where we only stayed one night as it felt unsafe and unsatisfactory. So coming to this one felt more comfortable for my children, who were my priority on our trip. It was more of a homely place and an improvement from the first place we stayed at. Just to mention I paid more to stay at this second location with booking.com as my children felt unsafe at the first property, so this was a financial setback within the first 24 hours of our trip. The sofas were soft and comfortable. The overall layout of the place was accommodating enough. It was advertised as having a washing machine which would have come in handy as we extended our stay by an extra night, with it being six enough I really needed the washing machine to function but it didn't. It had a screwdriver stuck in the door so I reported it to booking.com and they sent a maintenance man to it whilst we were out, all that was done was the screwdriver was removed but the washing machine was not fixed nor replaced. I had to hand wash clothes for five people , this was supposed to be a break and turned into extra work.They did however replace the kettle that wasn't working, at least. There was a broken vase on the dining table. This was after it took some hours for them to prepare the property for us to leave the previous one. Yet more than one thing still hadn't been checked. The toilet door handle was loose and not working properly. Both toilet and separate bathroom were on the small side but were sufficient enough for our stay. The bathroom shower head had a crack in it and kept spraying everywhere when in use. The sinks and bath in the property needed to be unblocked, it was a slow process for the water to drain out. The towel hanging wall hooks were falling off of you put the towel on it. As was the toilet roll holder in toilet. There was old urine in the toilet brush holder. Negative: The stair carpets, the broken vase. The washing machine that didn't work. The shower head that was cracked. The stained rug. The dirty black mop that was worn past use. The hoover that had a missing part at the end of the pipe so made it difficult to hoover efficiently.

Positive: A casa é extremamente limpa, agradável e aconchegante.. tem cozinha completa para quem quiser preparar refeições, os quartos com camas super confortáveis, e uma sala bem agradável para bate papos entre amigos... super recomendo.

Positive: Closeness to the city centre but not right in it. The bed were comfortable. Heating worked really well. Negative: Lack of utensils No plug for the sink. Bathroom bath hot tap a little temperamental.
