Enjoyed our stay in Birmingham
Positive: Apartment was modern, luxurious and well fitted with amenities. Had a bus stop right outside to city centre.
There were two bathroom + toilets which was quite helpful.
A fan was delivered on request for our infant, to beat the heat wave. This was exceptional customer service.
Negative: Key collection and drop off required to go to a different address, a 12mins walk from the actual apartment.
Size of the beds were small for an average adult.
Lift stopped working and we had to move our trolleys via the stairs.
