excellent customer service felt very homely Positive: if i could recommend one apartment, it would be this one by far. the inside of the apartment was so homely and it’s quite big too with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms too. they have all the facilities you need such as dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine and usually some apartments only tend to have fridges but this one had a freezer and a fridge, which was exceptional. they provide you with towels too. overall amazing place and great host easy to get in contact with if you ever need anything so 100% recommend would come here again. Negative: nothing it was great

Positive: The flat looked just like the advertised pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Negative: Nothing. It was I nice clean flat.

ok Positive: good location Negative: “luxury” is a stretch; having to collect keys a 15 min walk from the apartment, hosts inconsistent w communication, one mattress had big indent, noisy w traffic outside, very basic crockery etc in kitchen
