Great location with benefit of onsite parking. Security/reception staff very helpful Positive: Location and parking on site were great. Security/reception staff were amazing, very helpful Negative: Kitchen could do with more utensils to enable guests to make use of the kitchen facilities if planning to cook for themselves

Positive: Clean comfortable flat with a great location. Negative: Unfortunately they didnot provide the accurate address until you pay an amount of 159£ in case of any damage to the property.

Positive: Really nice apartment, really ideal location. Very friendly staff in reception. Has everything you could need and very clean Negative: On the day was a bit hard to get a hold of someone when I had an issue checking in but was resolved relatively quickly

Enjoyed my time and was given an extra hour stay Positive: The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. Its location couldn’t have been better, right in the vibrant heart of Chinatown, with easy access to amazing restaurants and public transport. Everything we needed was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely stay here again! Negative: It did take me about an hour to locate the apartment, as the full address details were only provided after I contacted the service desk. Sharing this information earlier would have made the check-in process much smoother. Additionally, the ironing board was faulty and could use a replacement to improve the overall experience.
