Positive: The apartment block was very quiet at night. Good location within a short walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, one ensuite. Nice 55 inch Samsung HD tv.
Negative: There were overfull refuse and recycling bins at the front entrance of the apartment block, which wasn't a great look.
The kitchen was tired looking and in need of a refit.

Luxury two bedroomed apartment. Jewellery Quarter.
Positive: The apartment is ideally located in the Jewellery Quarter and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The rental was good value for money considering the two bedrooms ( 1 ensuite) and facilities available.
Negative: There was nothing not to like. Just to say that the bathroom is in need of some tlc, and the original kitchen requires a complete refit.
