Luxury Apartment - City Centre - Parking - Balcony

Complex town centre location and parking Positive: check in process was very complex it’s in town centre but you have to drive 29 minutes away to collect the keys ( no information was sent about it so i had to drive back and forth to get the keys after arriving the location ) car parking quite complex with access road yo car park closed and alternative route takes you through pedestrian zone of town centre so I was bit worried to drive there and expect penalty ticket later arriving in the post. Also it’s huge building with multiple blocks and hard to find the flat —- I was asked by admin team that the flat won’t be ready to check in on time due to delay in cleaning so I went bit late and due to all the chaos of checking in and parking I missed going to the concert which was my original reason for visiting Birmingham that day. Negative: As above

Positive: The Apartment and bath tub Negative: The beds were too soft which caused my back to flare up more but overall everything else was perfect

Excellent, would rebook and reccomend Positive: Location was good Clean Smart tv Negative: Nothing bad to say Dishwasher had a leak but wasn’t a problem

Positive: Nice and clean Negative: Nothing really perfect

Very nice apartment Positive: Everything Negative: The lift stopped working at times and the bathroom could do with some ventilation
