Accommodating hosts and comfortable stay
Positive: I had asked for an earlier check in and check out quite last minute and they were accommodating and maintained great communication with me for updates. I felt very comfortable staying here.

Clean, welcoming property, helpful staff
Positive: Property was clean, easy to locate, spacious and well looked after. The operating staff on the phone very polite and helpful, had several stays with these guys and had an amazing time. You can tell they genuinely want their guests to have a good stay. Amazing cleaning staff too. Had left some belongings and arrived to them ready for me to collect. Great wifi to. Beautiful property

i would definitely get back there when in Birmingham
Positive: The property’s location was really close to the city, the host was always available via call when needed and was very friendly and helpful and the stat was very comfortable, i would definitely get back there when in Birmingham
