Spacious Five Bed House - Near Airport - Parking

Negative: Hello, I checked into the property (Coleshill Rd, Birmingham, B36 8BG, United Kingdom) and found that the actual condition is very different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The house was not cleaned properly and was dirty throughout. Additionally, one of the downstairs rooms has no lock and can be accessed directly from the garden, which makes the property unsafe. safety is extremely important for us. Heater also not working at all, Due to these issues, I did not feel comfortable staying at the property. I left the key and booked alternative accommodation through Booking.com. I would not recommend anybody stay here, keep on calling them for soo many days, not received any refund.

Positive: I had a great stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The space was well laid out, with plenty of room for everyone, and the bedrooms were quiet and cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely return!

Thank you for making our stay welcome. Positive: Clean! Good location! Owner lives next door and goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok very friendly. The agency that deals with the lettings rang me up on checkout to make sure everything went smoothly. Lovely people. Massive driveway to safety put car all rooms are massive 3 toilets! Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The place was warm and inviting, with comfortable beds, spotless cleanliness, and an excellent location.
