Positive: O local é maravilhoso , só é muito quente , uma dica construtiva, deixem ventiladores nos apartamentos , Sul real o calorão que está aqui . Equipe maravilhosa, fácil diálogo, a limpeza estava fabulosa, recomendo . O local é bem pertinho do centro .

Positive: Really good location and friendly staff. Even sent us recommendations on where to go! Negative: Was missing a few bits, fridge wasn’t cold and oven was smashed (we were warned before our arrival)

Enjoyable, all the comforts of home. Positive: The location is excellent for Birmingham city centre, broad st, the jewellery quarter etc. All are within easy walking distance. The apartment is well-appointed, with all required facilities. Apartment was clean. Staff very helpful, easy to contact. Negative: Nothing significant. I didn't like being on the ground floor as I needed to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Some one-way glass coating would solve this problem during daylight hours.
