Positive: Great location, friendly check in system, easy to navigate. Ok to stay if you are just visiting friends Negative: Shower was too hot with intermittent power, blankets what were situated on the bed appeared to have cigarette holes in them and overall cleanliness alongside side chipped and scratched painted walls too was an eyesight.

Positive: You are in the middle of birmingham central, in walking distance of Grand Central and New street station. Negative: We were unable to get the TV to turn on. We tried using the remote and manually.
